Bookings & confirmation

A booking is an enquiry. A trip is confirmed when BZNomad confirms the departure. The price quoted at booking is final and includes all dynamic adjustments.

Pricing

• On experiences with a fixed capacity, seats on a departure are priced individually and may vary: early seats are offered at a discount, and prices rise as a departure fills. The last two seats of a departure are held at a premium and are generally kept free for guest comfort; they may be booked at that premium price. Individual seat prices are not itemized.
• Private charter by party size: a booking covering the minimum party size — one full vehicle load (3 guests, or the experience’s stated minimum if higher) — takes the departure privately: no other parties may join that departure. Parties smaller than the minimum are welcome to book individual seats on shared departures.
• Minimum party: shared departures require a minimum number of guests to run (stated on the experience page). If that minimum is not reached, the departure is cancelled. No guest is charged for seats beyond their own booking to satisfy the minimum.
• Return-customer loyalty: guests with a prior completed booking receive a fixed 5% loyalty discount on future bookings.

Payment & refunds

• Bookings may be paid in installments (schedule per experience); the full amount must be received by the booking deadline shown on the experience, after up to three reminders.
• If a trip is cancelled because the minimum party size was not reached, guests receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between the booking deadline and 72 hours before the trip receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the trip, and no-shows, are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed manually.

Where the local law of the country where the trip operates grants cancellation or refund rights that exceed the tiers above, those rights prevail.

Safety

• Guests must follow the guide’s instructions and the safety brief for every activity.
• Equipment is provided and must be used as instructed; guests must report any medical condition relevant to the activities they join.
• Age and eligibility requirements are stated on each experience page.
• Guests must not behave in a way that endangers themselves, other guests, or staff.

Legal

Local-law compliance: trips operate in accordance with the local laws of the country where the trip operates; conflicts between guests are handled according to those laws.

Photos & intellectual property: no guest pictures in public channels without written permission; trip material is shared only in private and member channels with consent — see the Privacy Policy.

Liability: to the extent permitted by the local law of the country where the trip operates, our liability in connection with a trip is governed by those laws; no fixed cap is stated.

Force majeure: if a trip cannot run as scheduled because of events beyond our control (weather, closures, travel restrictions), the trip is rescheduled to an alternative date; no refund applies for rescheduling under force majeure.

Insurance: Travel Care protection is available as a recommended add-on at booking; insurance is not mandatory.

General

Age & eligibility: requirements are stated on each experience page; there is no global default minimum age — eligibility is per-experience.

Medical disclosure: guests disclose relevant medical conditions at booking.

Photo permission: written permission for photo use is captured per booking (the booking consent checkbox); no separate at-trip step.

Dispute resolution: the venue for any dispute resolves according to the country where the trip operates.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms and any bookings are governed by the law of Albania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The venue for any dispute resolves according to the country where the trip operates, as set out in the Legal section above.
